Tom Bean Municipal Court
The Municipal Court of the City of Tom Bean meets at 201 S. Britton St. in the Court Room at 6:00 pm. The court schedule is: October 7th 2008

Types of cases heard in Municipal Court include (but are not limited to):
- Traffic Violations
- speeding
- illegal turns
- running stop signs
- running traffic lights
- Violations of City Ordinances
- accumulation of trash
- tall grass and weeds
- dogs running at large
- Violations of criminal law that are classified as Class C Misdemeanors
- disorderly conduct
- public intoxication
- simple assault
- thefts under $50.00
Fines must be paid on or before the court date in order to avoid an additional charge of "Failure to Appear" and a warrant issued.
All juveniles (16 years of age and younger) must appear before the judge.
All minors (20 years of age and younger) must appear before the judge on all tobacco and alcohol related charges.
A dismissal fee of $20 will be charged for violations of expired drivers license, expired motor vehicle registration, expired motor vehicle inspection (not more than 60 days), and failure to change name/address on your driver's license when proof is presented prior to the assigned court date.
